A deputy with the Walton County Sheriff’s Office came upon a crowd gathered on Miramar Beach in Florida. He decided to investigate. The officer knew something was up because the crowd started to spread out.
As the well-trained officer came closer he noticed one unnamed teenager try to hide the beer he was holding. The deputy asked him how old was. His response: (Expletive) 12. Then, as North West Florida’s Daily News writes, ‘the man added…he has “freedom of speech and can say whatever he wishes.”‘
The officer then used his freedom to arrest the 19-year old. Now, the teen faces a charge of possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21.
